Damaged in Transit?
Oh no! If your candle arrives damaged, snap a quick photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Not What You Expected?
We get it—buying candles online is tricky without a “scratch-and-sniff” feature (we’re waiting on that too). If a scent isn’t quite right for you, reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you exchange it for one you’ll love, or offer store credit.

  • Candles must be unused and in original condition.
  • We do not offer refunds but are happy to provide an exchange or store credit.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
