We want you to love every candle you welcome into your home.
Damaged in transit?
Oh no! If your candle arrives damaged, snap a quick photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Not the scent you expected?
Fragrance is personal, and sometimes a scent is simply different from what you imagined. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange your unused candle for another fragrance or provide store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
- Candles must be unused and in original condition.
- We do not offer refunds but are happy to provide an exchange or store credit.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
