Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Mountain Lights Candle Co.! We take pride in hand-pouring each of our soy candles in the mountains of Tennessee. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed—but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
You can expect your package to arrive in 3–7 business days after it ships, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Local Pickup
If you're near Jasper, Tennessee, we offer free local pickup! Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll send you a confirmation when your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your candle’s journey home.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package every candle, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mountainlightscandleco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
Mountain Lights Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
